1.5em;">二是落细评卷教师遴选培训工作。</span></strong></span>中学评卷教师均从评卷教师库中产生，评卷组长由本学科权威专家担任。所有评卷人员经岗前培训合格后上岗，确保每一位评卷教师明确工作要求，全面掌握评分参考和评分细则，熟悉评卷操作程序。对于评阅分值较大、主观性较强的试题，由学科评卷专家组通过试评，选拔出准确把握评分标准，并具有本学科中、高级以上职称者参加该类试题的评阅。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;">三是严格落实“四评制”等评卷管理制度。</span></strong></span>严格按照教育部相关规定设置评卷管理阈值。专家组随时对评阅情况进行动态分析，对评卷教师的状态实时掌握，对存在争议的问题答卷组织会商研判。结合多项评卷数据对评卷质量进行全程追踪、分析，有效降低评卷误差。</span></p><p
