0px;">参保人员住院前未办理异地就医备案的，可在定点医药机构指引下申请办理登记备案手续，</strong></span><span style="outline: 0px;">出院结算前完成登记备案的，跨省联网定点医疗机构应提供跨省异地就医直接结算服务。</span></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;outline: 0px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="outline: 0px;font-size: 16px;"> 7.发生急诊抢救时，参保人员未办理异地就医备案的视同已备案，允许参保人员按参保地异地急诊抢救相关待遇标准直接结算相关门诊、住院医疗费用。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;outline:
