rgb(59, 59, 59);">适龄儿童少年及其法定监护人在施教区范围内有合法固定住所且实际居住，凭房产证或其他相关证明材料进行认定，相关证件或材料取得时间须在<strong>2023年7月1日前</strong>。商业、办公、租住、工业、车库、阁楼等用房均不在认定范围之内。<br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span 59);">3.适龄儿童少年及其法定监护人在施教区内新购房产，需出具经房产处备案的正式购房合同及其缴款正式发票等具有法律效力的相关材料进行认定，相关证件或材料取得时间须在2023年7月1日前。<br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59, 59);"><br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59, 59);">4.适龄儿童少年及其法定监护人在施教区外无房产（提供无房产证明），但实际居住在施教区范围内且住房是法定监护人所在单位合法自建房、居民自建房、拆迁安置房、政府廉租房，但无法办理房产证的，经规定程序严格审核后可按居住地所属施教区入学。<br/></span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: 36);">三、特殊情况，县教育局统筹安排学位</span></strong></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59, 59);">1.泗洪县城区户籍无房产人员子女入学</span></strong></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59, 59);">适龄儿童少年及父母（或其法定监护人）在城区范围内无房产，但具有泗洪县城区户籍且实际长期居住在城区（适龄儿童少年出生即取得城区户籍），经规定程序严格审核后，由县教育局统筹安排公办学校入学。</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59, 59);">2. 随迁人员子女入学</span></strong></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59, 59);">外来务工（泗洪县以外户籍）随迁人员子女申请在我县公办学校就读，其法定监护人应在我县具有合法稳定住所、合法稳定职业，<strong>登记时须提供以下材料清单</strong>：</span></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(59, 59,
